Bardh – I Rafet Jonuzi

Bardh-I (Rafet) Jonuzi-T is a contemporary visual artist whose multidisciplinary practice encompasses drawing, painting, installation, and conceptual art. He graduated from the Academy of Arts in Prishtina in 1986 and has lived and worked in Bregenz (Austria) and Sarajevo since 2000. His artistic work explores themes of light, perception, cosmology, evolution, memory, and the relationship between the organic and technological worlds.

Known for his intricate large-scale drawings and installations, Jonuzi develops highly detailed visual structures inspired by scientific theories, color systems, astronomy, and philosophical reflections on the origin and evolution of the universe. His works often combine meticulous manual techniques with conceptual investigations into the nature of existence, time, and human perception.

Jonuzi has exhibited extensively throughout Europe and has participated in numerous international exhibitions and art projects. His recent solo exhibitions include Hochzeit des Lichts (Marriage of Light) in Vienna. His works have been presented in galleries, museums, and cultural institutions across Austria, Germany, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and other European countries.
